  • Static Revenger

    Dennis White (born 08 February 1967), better known as his stage name Static Revenger, is an American record producer, video director, and DJ based in Los Angeles.

    He is best known for the worldwide club hits "I Like That", "Happy People", and the 2012 release "Turn The World On", which features Dev on vocals. He has seven #1 Billboard club chart tracks including Swedish House Mafia, Madonna, Shakira, Havana Brown, and Lady Antebellum for "Need You Now", which won the 2011 Grammy for 'Song Of The Year'.

    "Happy People" peaked at #23 in the UK Singles Chart in July 2001 and at #1 in the UK Club Chart. It was used on various TV idents for Sky One. In 2011 Fatboy Slim charted Happy People as one of the top 10 club tunes of the last Decade.

    From an early start in dance music as the music director for the Detroit techno group, Inner City, he went on to form the marginally successful Detroit alternative dance rock band, Charm Farm, best known for the song "Superstar".

    In 2007, he released together with Taj Bell, the song "Everything is Beautiful". This song was released on the Ministry of Sound compilation album, Clubbers Guide 2008.

    He co-wrote and produced the song "I LIKE THAT", which was released in Australia and the US in 2010, reaching #3 in the ARIA Singles Chart in Australia, and achieved ARIA certified double platinum status. In December 2010, "I Like That" reached #1 in the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart.

    He has directed and produced music videos for Paul Van Dyk, Meck, Mark Knight, Vandalism, Ultra Records, Toolroom Records, as well as the video for "I Like That". He directed, produced and hosts an online travel series called "Travel Riot!" A 2011 Audit of YOUTUBE showed that videos featuring Static Revenger music have received an aggregate of 65 million views on the popular online video site.

    In May 2010, Static Revenger released "Skin I'm In", which featured Luciana on the vocals, and in late 2010 he remixed "Who Owns My Heart" performed by "Miley Cyrus" and produced by Rock Mafia There was also a video produced to this version, featuring footage of both artists performing, and imagery of the city of Los Angeles.

    In 2011, Static Revenger released "Long Time", a collaboration with Angger Dimas, which is a remix adaptation of Boston's track, "Foreplay/Long Time", and "VEGAS", a collaboration with Vandalism, "RENEGADE" with Wynter Gordon, and "LIGHT IT UP", with Australian Idol winner Stan Walker on Sony Music Australia

    in Oct, 2012, OneLove Recordings released Turn the World, ft Dev, which achieved top ten status in both the ARIA club chart and the UK club chart, with the Protohype and Kezwik Mix reaching #1 on the Beatport Dub Step chart. That same month, 'The Zing', a song he co wrote Adam Sandler and Robert Smigel, featuring the vocal performances of Adam Sandler, Andy Samberg, Kevin James, Cee Lo Green, and Selena Gomez was featured in the Sony Animation feature film 'Hotel Transylvania', which opened at Number one at the U.S. box office.

  • Icona Pop

    Icona Pop are a Swedish DJ duo who were formed in 2009, with electro house, punk and indie pop music influences. The two members Caroline Hjelt and Aino Jawo who grew up in Stockholm, create music "which you can both laugh and cry with at the same time". They signed to TEN Music Group in 2009. Their biggest hit has been "I Love It", written by Patrik Berger, Linus Eklöw and Charlotte Aitchison.

    The duo received international attention following their debut single "Manners", which was released by Neon Gold on French Kitsuné Music, and the extended-play album Nights Like This on English Mercury Records. Since September 2012, the duo have been based out of Los Angeles and New York City in the United States.

    Hjelt (born November 8, 1987) and Jawo (born July 7, 1986) met at a party in February 2009 and formed the duo. Four weeks later, they had written songs for their very first performance as a duo. Two years later, the duo described their music as "classical pop melodies with drums and synths".

    The press, including NME, The Guardian, Rolling Stone and Pitchfork Media, have praised the duo. The Guardian described the debut single "Manners" as "effortlessly cool". The duo has worked in the studio with producers including Style of Eye, Patrick Berger (Robyn), Elof Loelv (Niki & The Dove) and Starsmith.

    In Fall 2012, the duo released an extended play Iconic in the US and the album Icona Pop in Sweden. The duo have performed in Sweden, the US, Germany, Italy, and London and have also been interviewed by Swedish and foreign press.

    In the summer of 2012, they took part in a number of festivals including electro music festival Summerburst in Gothenburg and also appeared at the Stockholm Stadium, at the start of an international festival and broadcast via Sveriges Television (SVT).

    "I Love It", a pre-release of their self-titled album Icona Pop charted on Sverigetopplistan, the official Swedish singles chart. The song was also featured in the 2012 video game Need for Speed: Most Wanted, in a German television commercial for Coca-Cola Light in January 2013, the theme song to the American reality-television series Snooki & JWoww, and in an episode of the American comedy-drama television series Girls. The second single "Ready for the Weekend" was released on September 11, 2012. Both tracks appear on their second extended-play album, released on October 16, 2012. "I love it", is also used in a Samsung telephone ad shown in the United Kingdom of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

    Their EP Iconic EP reached a peak height of 21 on the U.S. iTunes dance chart. In 2013, they embarked on a tour of the United States with Passion Pit and Matt & Kim. In January 2013, "I Love It" was featured in the third episode of the second season of Girls, a HBO show created by Lena Dunham. In March 2013, the duo was named one of Fuse television's 30 must-see artists at the South by Southwest festival. In March 2013, "I Love It" was featured in the sixteenth episode of the fourth season, named "Bring It On", of The Vampire Diaries. On March 26, 2013, "I Love It" was performed on the week 2 results show of Dancing with the Stars. On May 3, 2013, the duo performed "I Love It" on the late-night talk show, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and on the Good Morning America morning news/entertainment show. On May 6, 2013, "I Love It" was featured in the FOX musical-comedy series, Glee. The song was performed by the "New Directions" in Glee's twenty-second and final episode of season four, "All or Nothing". This song is featured in Samsung Galaxy S4's advertisement and a 2013 ShoeDazzle commercial. The song also is featured in a commercial for the WNBA's upcoming season that was aired during the 4th quarter of Game 7 of the Heat-Pacers Eastern Conference Championship game on June 3rd, 2013. It was also featured in a commercial during the Spurs-Heat game on June 9th, 2013.

    On June 4, 2013, the duo released new single Girlfriend. Icona Pop revealed in one interview that they recorded their international album with all new songs. The duo said that "the new album isn’t just going to be sixteen tracks like I Love It" and that they are trying new genres and sounds. In July, 2013, Icona Pop received two Teen Choice awards for Choice Music Breakout Group and Choice Single: Group.

  • Drums of Death

    Colin Bailey, better known by his stage name Drums of Death, is a London-based electronic musician, originally from Scotland. His music is a blend of techno, old school house, punk rock and electro. He is known for energetic and exciting live shows and has said in interviews that his debut album is all "Love songs and rave horns".

    Drums of Death worked on Peaches' album I Feel Cream, producing and co-writing the title track as well as a 40 minute mixtape of remixes of several of Peaches' other songs (released in early 2009 by XL Recordings). Drums of Death has toured the US and Canada with Hot Chip (2008) and Peaches (2009) and remixed artists such as Tricky and Franz Ferdinand. He has also toured extensively through Europe and the UK, performing at music festivals.

    Drums of Death has released two 12" vinyl singles on the Greco-Roman record label and a video for the second single "Got Yr Thing". In 2008 a limited edition 12" picture disc called Dodfucksupanescorttune (a legit bootleg of the song "Starlight" by Escort) was released on Civil Music). In 2009 Drums of Death created a DJ mix for the Resident Advisor Podcasts. There was also a special version of the new original song "Lonely Days" made for inclusion in Toddla T's Fabric Live mix CD. Drums of Death's first full length album was released on the Greco-Roman record label on the 6th September 2010.

    Prior to his current incarnation as Drums of Death, Bailey was the bassist and backing vocalist in Glasgow-based band Squander Pilots from 1997 to 2002, performing on and cowriting most of their first album "Things Happen To Us". Squander Pilots' debut single "Given" was Bailey's first songwriting credit.
